I remember that when I was in college and I want to do some task in a telecomunication company in my country. The Interviewer ask me about what is the most important think to preserve in a teamwork. And gladly I said it is trust. I do not think much at that time. But I already feel that trust is the most important think.

It is about left something to other people but we feel safe. We feel that they will not snap our back. And that is the most important think in my life and ofcourse in a team work.
