Everyday in three periods we receive at most 30 Short Message Service (text service) from my office informing about our machine availability automatically. Some of us are happy receiving those text because it helps them knowing their machines status. But off course there are peoples seems unhappy receiving the messages because its disturbs him somehow.
The main lesson we got here were text message service can be helping the company creating awareness of their productivity (in this case : machines). Therefore creating a short message service blast (SMS BLAST) can increase productivity also because people who get the text will read it or at least aware of it even though they did not read it at all.
